Where do your bikes come from?

People just like you! We are supported by cycling clubs and riding groups all across Australia. Many customers find selling directly to us removes the pain and frustration that can arise in the usual online avenues of sale. Many of our bikes have been traded in on a different bike.

Are they ready to ride?

Yes! Our mechanic safety checks the entire bike thoroughly and ensures that everything is up to standard. We measure the chain and check for wear levels in the drive train. We make sure perishable items are all up to standard. No sticky hoods, ratty bar tape or balding tyres will be ruining your purchase experience!

How do I pay?

We have EFTPOS and credit card facilities and also accept direct transfers.

Do we deliver?

We can ship to the vast majority of Australia with ease. If you are remote we can work with you to help source a solution that will get the bike to you as efficiently and cost effective as possible.

Do you take trade-ins? Will you buy my bike?

Yes, if the quality of the bike is up to our standards at Valhalla Cyclery and the financials make sense. If you are interstate we can arrange shipping of your bike.

Can I test ride the bike?

If you are lucky enough to live in or be visiting the beautiful South East of  Queensland you are welcome to inspect and test ride at our Gold Coast warehouse.
